All of the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of delivery. For UK deliveries of large or delicate items, we use a dedicated and experienced courier who will care for your item in transit. They typically charge between £40 and £100 depending on the size and your location. Quotes can be provided before purchasing. It is best to let us know your postcode with your enquiry so we can get an exact door to door quote. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a position to accept delivery – and that your premises can accept the pieces you have purchased (all dimensions are provided on product pages).
You may organise your own courier service, though we must emphasis that we can not take any responsibility for the item once it leaves our premises. If you wish to take this option, please let us know at the time of purchase.
You are more than welcome to collect your purchase in person. If you wish to do so please contact us to arrange a convenient day and time to pick up.

We do ship internationally, however anyone wishing to purchase from outside the UK Mainland should contact us prior to buying to arrange delivery cost.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a full refund policy. We ask that you inform us by telephone or use the enquiry form within 48 hours of receiving your package if you wish to return it. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Please note that the initial delivery charge is non refundable and you will also be liable for the return carriage charges. Once the item(s) have been returned they will be inspected before issuing a refund, minus any courier charges.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

You may cancel any order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled - our returns policy will then come into affect.
Payment in full must be made at the point of order at the price as detailed on our website. In the event of delay the order will be suspened and we will have no obligation to fufil your order.
Items will be described as accurately as possible. Please remember that antique items will show signs of use and a more detail explanation of any flaws or restoration will be noted in the description. All pictures are taken under bright white photography lighting and although we always try to show the product colours to the best of ability, on occasions it is possible that the colours in the picture may slightly differ from the actual colours. If you are looking for something that is highly specific it might be an idea to view the item before purchasing or contact us for further details and photos.
